Unlock Your Full Swing Potential with Expert-Assisted Stretching.

Every golfer wants a powerful, consistent swing, but mobility restrictions can hold you back. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a game-changing approach that enhances flexibility, reduces muscle tightness, and improves overall movement efficiency—so you can swing with more power and less discomfort.

WHY GOLFERS NEED FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY.

Increase Shoulder & Hip Rotation → Achieve a smoother, more powerful swing

Enhance Core Stability & Balance → Improve shot accuracy and consistency

Reduce Low Back & Hip Pain → Address common golfer injuries and stiffness

Improve Recovery & Injury Prevention → Keep your body in peak condition for more time on the course

HOW FST WORKS FOR GOLF PERFORMANCE.

Unlike traditional stretching, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) targets deep connective tissue and joint capsules to improve movement patterns specific to golf. This hands-on, assisted stretching technique is designed to:

✅ Open up your shoulders, spine, and hips for a better range of motion

✅ Reduce muscle tightness that affects your backswing and follow-through

✅ Increase explosive power by improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility

✅ Speed up post-game recovery, so you can train and play more efficiently

WHAT IS FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY?

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an assisted table-based stretching system that focuses on the connective tissue in your body (aka fascia) as the key element in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.

FST is non-invasive and one of the quickest, most effective and pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness and sports.

WHAT MAKES FST DIFFERENT?

  • Pain-free: stretching should NEVER hurt!

  • Personal evaluation - ESSENTIAL to reach goals FAST.

  • Customized NOT standardized for YOUR needs.

  • Hundreds of stretches to personalize your experience.

  • Session cost is not based on price but on VALUE.

WHAT IS
FASCIA?

Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. Healthy fascia is smooth, slippery and flexible. It’s designed to stretch as you move, but there are certain factors that can cause fascia to thicken and become sticky. This includes a sedentary lifestyle, repetitive movement and injury/trauma. When your fascia tightens up around muscles, it can limit mobility and cause painful knots to develop. Untreated fascia restrictions can create body-wide compensations.

FST CAN HELP WITH:

Chronic non-specific low back pain

Tight hips and shoulders

Poor posture

Stiff neck and upper back

Sports and fitness injuries

PTSD

Increasing running speed

Increasing vertical jump

Improving balance

Improving coordination

Improving flexibility

Improving sleep and so much more!

COMPARISONS AND CONTRASTS OF
TRADITIONAL STRETCHING VS FST.

TRADITIONAL STRETCHING

Anatomically isolated and mechanical technique based

Based on outdated, isolated muscle science

Linear, limited, predictable movements

Targets an isolated muscle

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY

Complete whole body, dynamic systems based methodology

Based on current science and research specific to stretching and neuromyofascial system of the body

Circular, multi-directional, as needed customized movements

Targets joint capsule and muscles within neuromyofascial network
